How is this service performed?

 Chemicals will be applied to loosen mildew build up, followed by a high pressure cleaning with a wand or surface cleaner to blast away stubborn debris. The surface will then be rinsed with clean water.


**Rust, oil and other inorganic staining will not be removed by this cleaning.

  • Q: What is your concrete/brick/paver cleaning process?

    A: We apply a mixture of bleach, soap and water to loosen all organic growth (the strength of the mixture depends on how severe the build up is), allow that to sit for a few minutes, and then use our surface cleaner or wand with fan tips to blast away all organic growth. 


    This process is followed by a rinsing with clean water to finish off the job.
