Meet Our Team
Nicholas Flemion(Owner)
Hey there! I’m Nicholas, the owner of Central Virginia Power Washing. I washed homes for many years with my dad before starting my own company in 2017. Since then we have continued to grow and add smart, talented workers to our team! Nothing we’ve accomplished would be possible without them!
I have been married to my incredible wife Brittany since April of 2019, and am now the father of an amazing little girl named Sadie, who just celebrated her first birthday in January of 2024!
When I’m not working I enjoy hanging out with my wife and daughter, leading our church youth group, and playing basketball.

Hi, my name is Gabe Liptak! I am 20 years old, and I work with CVA wash part-time! My current full-time job is working for the Goochland sheriffs office as a dispatcher. I have worked with CVA wash for about a year and have loved doing it!

My career has taken me from military service to owning a personal training and gym facility, where I had the opportunity to lead and coach others in personal growth and development. I love spending time with my family and am passionate about helping others grow in their faith and daily walk with God. I’m excited to serve the Richmond community, providing top-quality service and making a difference one job at a time.

Hey there! I'm Ghale, a music lover with a passion for singing, dancing, and playing instruments like the guitar and piano. When I'm not making music, I’m traveling, exploring new places, spending time with my family, friends and churchmates, or diving into online games. I also enjoy conducting orchestras and performing live in front of a big crowd. Whether on stage or exploring, I'm always chasing new experiences!
